Client needed to increase B2B and B2C market reach in a definite geographical area while communicating the value proposition of its brand to multiple segments effectively. The need for a strategic marketing plan was imperative as the Client had no definite plan for connecting with its potential markets.
A segmentation strategy to reach both B2B and B2C markets was developed, taking into account the audience segments, key messages and company branding. The marketing campaign covered multiple media channels and used buying behavior research to drive all lead generation and sales initiatives.
The Client needed to increase phone inquiries, visits to the dealership from qualified prospects, and motivate higher sales conversion rates. Additionally, the Client wanted to increase its multicultural exposure to Central Florida’s ethnic markets, including the rapidly growing Hispanic community.
The first step was to realign the brand to create wide appeal across mainstream and multicultural markets, followed by the restructuring of the message with variations for all audiences. Dream Factory launched a comprehensive multi-channel advertising and branding campaign to motivate new sales and higher conversions.

Client needed to reposition as a global company, shifting its image from a local business to a multinational brand to effectively motivate international growth and support strategic marketing efforts, while positively influencing public, industry and investor awareness in diverse markets. Agency recommended IMC strategy development as the solution.
Through the application of the IMC strategy, Dream Factory successfully rebranded the Client company to meet the demands of the global market based on market research and industry competitor analysis. That led to the relaunch of the company brand using a multicultural approach covering nine languages with audience-specific messaging in multiple marketing channels.
